We go through your home room by room giving you tips for cleaning, maintenance, painting, repairs and advice on which of your furnishings will work and which should be stored. We then provide you with a written report which includes:

• All the ideas we discussed during the consultation in a room by room format, including the outdoor areas and gardens.

• Links to show examples of colours, furnishings and presentation.

• Tips on how to prepare for an 'Open for Inspection'

•  Partial Styling:
We have extensive experience in helping owners who are living in their home during the marketing campaign to present their property at its best. We are very adept at combining our furnishings with yours to not only preserve the personality of your home but give it that added 'wow factor'.  It is of paramount importance to us that your home still feels like your home and that the styling is not disruptive to your day to day life. We have a tried and true system that makes preparing for inspections simple and straightforward.

•  Full Styling:
If your property is empty, we can provide all the furnishings you need to transform your house into a home. Buyers want to get a great feeling when they first walk in the door and not be disappointed because it doesn’t look or feel as good as the photos online. Your property needs to exude warmth, show how the rooms can be used effectively and allow people to imagine themselves living there. Statistics consistently show that homes that are well presented and styled sell for more and have less days on the market compared to empty properties.

• We have specialist expertise in assisting people who are making life transitions such as downsizing or entering aged care. This is often a stressful time and we can help families make this transition as smooth as possible.
