Pre-Sale Styling Consultation

Our Pre-Sale Styling Consultation gives you clear, practical advice on how to prepare your property for sale and present it at its best.

We walk through your home room by room, recommending changes that will have the greatest impact on presentation and buyer appeal. This may include decluttering, cleaning, repairs, maintenance, paint colours, flooring, furniture placement and general presentation.

We’ll advise which existing furniture, artwork and décor should remain, what could be repositioned or repurposed, and which items are best stored during the sales campaign. We also assess the exterior, entrance, outdoor areas and gardens to ensure the entire property is ready for photography and inspections.

Cost: $350 for up to 2 hours (inc GST).

Integrated Styling — Occupied

We have extensive experience styling homes that remain occupied throughout the sales campaign. We carefully combine our furniture, artwork and décor with your existing pieces to retain the character of your home while adding that all-important ‘wow factor’. Our tried-and-tested system also makes preparing for photography and inspections simple and straightforward.

Integrated Styling — Vacant

Moving out but have furniture you would like to leave in the property during the sales campaign? We can combine selected pieces with our own furniture, artwork and décor to create a complete and cohesive look.

Full Styling

For vacant properties, our Full Styling service provides everything needed to transform an empty house into a warm, welcoming home.

We carefully select furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, real plants and décor to complement the property’s architecture, location and target buyer. Every room is individually designed to enhance the home’s best features, demonstrate how each space can be used and create an emotional connection with potential buyers.

From furniture placement to the final finishing touches, every detail is considered to ensure your property is beautifully presented and ready for photography, inspections and sale.
